Work Hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

Basic Qualifications
As a Data Analyst on the Business Configuration team, you will be responsible for managing the structure and benefit plan setup for EyeMed’s Managed Vision Care clients. You will serve as a subject matter expert in product configuration using the Facets system, ensuring accuracy and resolution of issues.

Basic Qualifications
- Associate degree or equivalent experience required.
- Minimum 5 years of experience working within a core claims administration system.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Minimum 2 years of experience writing SQL queries and exporting data for analysis.
As a Data Analyst on the Business Configuration team, you will be responsible for managing the structure and benefit plan setup for EyeMed’s Managed Vision Care clients. You will serve as a subject matter expert in product configuration using the Facets system, ensuring accuracy and resolution of issues.
Major Duties And Responsibilities
- Configure various managed vision care products in the system, using both Product Key Sheet method and manual configuration.
- Ensure accuracy of product configurations by utilizing both manual and automated tools.
- Write SQL queries and export data from databases to troubleshoot and resolve configuration issues.
- Resolve product configuration questions/issues independently.
- Maintain strong relationships with Implementation Managers and Account Managers, fostering a cross-functional and results-driven environment.
- Self-manage work inventory to meet quality and turnaround time service levels.
- Participate in cross-functional activities for issue resolution and process improvement.
- Provide support to management through training, project work, and acting as a subject matter expert for configuration requests.
- 3 years of experience in Healthcare Operations.
- Understanding of claim adjudication for member and provider reimbursements.
- Experience with the Facets platform, particularly in Claims, Provider, Network, Product Benefit Configuration.
- Knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid programs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong ability to manage multiple complex assignments.
