Key Responsibilities
- Provide engineering expertise and technical support for AMD IP (Silicon, HW, SW) NPI projects
- Deploy and maintain NPI server products in collaboration with engineers and contractors
- Assist in product planning, development, and validation activities
- Track project status, ensuring objectives are met throughout the program lifecycle
- Troubleshoot hardware issues and support infrastructure maintenance
- Engage with stakeholders to ensure smooth operation of deployments
- Utilize testing tools, methodologies, and defect tracking for continuous improvement
- Strong troubleshooting ability, particularly with hardware
- Familiarity with operating systems (Windows, Linux) and light networking knowledge
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in data center system deployment, software deployment, and validation
- Ability to lift 50lbs and work under raised floors as needed
- Familiarity with Linux
- Internship or relevant experience in hardware troubleshooting
- Experience with testing methodologies and tools, defect tracking
- Skilled in MS Office, Confluence, and MS SharePoint
- 0-2 years of experience in the high-tech industry
- Relevant degree or equivalent practical experience
