Key Responsibilities
- Utilize copiers and related equipment to manage copy, print, and scanning tasks
- Handle shipping, receiving, and delivery functions, including document packaging and cost recovery procedures
- Maintain mailroom operations, ensuring accurate mail distribution and tracking
- Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external clients
- Troubleshoot equipment issues and escalate as necessary for repairs
- Follow shipping/receiving procedures, including verifying packing slips and checking incoming materials for accuracy
- Support hospitality functions within the office, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a copy/mailroom role within the legal industry
- Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Basic electronics knowledge, particularly for equipment maintenance and repair
- Working knowledge of document management software and workflow systems
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and complete projects effectively
- Knowledge of shipping and receiving procedures and inventory management
- A valid driver’s license and auto insurance, if applicable for job-related tasks
- Experience with cost recovery, advanced workflow, and document management software
- Familiarity with technical manuals, parts books, and troubleshooting equipment issues
