This position involves supporting advertising and marketing communications programs for beauty campaigns and other promotional campaigns.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations of advertising and marketing communications for beauty promo campaigns (e.g., Spring and Fall Epic Beauty Sales)
- Lead campaign development across paid and owned assets, including display, SMS, email, digital, and social media
- Build and maintain relationships with Marketing Strategy teams and external ad agencies, supporting brief development and project execution
- Develop Go-to-Market plans, setting priorities and ensuring deadlines and creative briefs are met
- Act as a liaison with merchandising to ensure timely updates to the master product list
- Support traditional, digital, and social marketing operations, offering strategic insights into seasonal merchandise and competitor trends

- Bachelor’s Degree required
- 5 years of marketing experience, preferably in creative agency or B2C retail marketing
- 2 years of direct-to-consumer marketing expertise, including experience in email, digital marketing, and advertising
- Integrated experience across paid and owned channels, with strong social media platform knowledge
- Excellent time management, prioritization, and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to see the broader marketing strategy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
