The OSP Field Auditor will act as a customer representative, inspecting and documenting field activities of third-party engineering and construction firms responsible for delivering a fiber-to-the-home network. This role includes verifying compliance with construction standards, reviewing testing results, and reporting to the Deploy Services Lead. The auditor will be required to travel within the Memphis area and walk the OSP path for inspection.

Key Responsibilities
- Inspect and document the field activities of third-party firms.
- Ensure compliance with construction standards and specifications.
- Review and validate testing results.
- Report findings and progress to the Deploy Services Lead.
- Must be located in the Memphis, TN market.
- Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle for field travel.
- Ability to walk and physically inspect the OSP path.
- Compliance with a 40-hour work week; overtime requires prior written approval.
- Must own an iPad (9th Generation or newer, WiFi Cellular capability); reimbursement up to $500.
- Data/wireless service will be provided.
- OSHA 10-Hour Safety Training certification required before the start date.
- Up to $500 monthly mileage allowance for local travel; expenses over $500 require prior written approval.
- Business travel outside the local market requires pre-approval and receipt submission.
- Candidates must comply with health and safety requirements.
