TITLE: Recruiter
JOB DESCRIPTION Oversee life-cycle recruiting activities (kick off to onboarding) for all levels/roles across AW. Will primarily focus on Operations roles: laborers, water operators, support staff.
REQUIRED SKILLS Must have at least 2 years' experience in full cycle recruitment; knowledge of sourcing candidates on various platforms; abilities to develop relationships both internally with hiring managers & HR and externally with candidates. Will need to be able to effectively manage various priorities and be organized in their work.
REQUIRED CERTIFICATION / EDUCATION Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
