- MUST be Expert with strong knowledge of Atoll
- 10 years of RF Design experience and have gone through the entire site build cycle, from Initial design, SAR, Final design, Field site visits, e911, construction drawing review, close out package etc
- Will Lead the delivery of RF Design projects according to the agreed scope of work (SoW), while managing customer’s expectations and schedule of acceptance.
- Responsible for leading all technical discussions, as needed
- RF Design Expert will have the ability to write guidelines and adapt to the needs of the engagement/project,
- Coach other team members
- Create Link Budget and execute projects in the Atoll RF planning tool on suitable PC/Cloud platforms.
- Write guidelines and adapt to the needs of the engagement/project
- Manage customer engagement and consultancy as needed.
- Interpret internal and external business challenges and recommend best practices to improve products, processes, and services.
- 10 years of RF Design experience and have gone through the entire site build cycle, from Initial design, SAR, Final design, Field site visits, e911, construction drawing review, close out package etc
- Teambuilding skills and 3 years or more of leading a team
- Flexibility and problem solving skills
- Expert knowledge of Atoll, including the ability to tune and execute in ACP. Working knowledge of other planning tools a Plus.
- Expert knowledge of mMIMO and its benefits
- Automation skills (scripting/coding) to improve RF processes or databases and improve efficiency.
- Thorough understanding of 3GPP specifications for LTE/LTE-A/5G features and Protocols.
- Demonstrated knowledge of Radio product architecture E2E Network overview and interfaces.
- Presentation skills with the ability to clearly present engineering results to customers, management, and directors.
