Job Description
This position is based at our Waukesha, WI Lincoln Ave location.
The Training professional assists in the leadership, administration, and coordination of the plant’s offline training
processes to assure the organization develops and realizes the full potential of the workforce in support of the
business strategic plans and the pursuit of business excellence. This position will report directly to the HR
Manager.
Essential Functions
Develops and/or assists in the analysis and development of offline training and knowledge materials via
books, videos, or any other mechanism for delivering information.
Supports the administrative infrastructure of the Training Strategy for the business to ensure it meets all
compliance requirements.
Develop and maintain visual aids and training presentations.
Provide training to both individuals and groups as needed.
Demonstrates flexibility to work shifts and overtime to provide training support across all shifts in the
group you support.
Required (Basic) Qualifications
A high school diploma or GED (General Education Degree) is required.
Minimum 2 Years Of Administrative Experience
Must be proficient and experience with Microsoft Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong presentation skills.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Some college level courses preferred.
Previous experience in training and/or leadership/supervisory role
Previous experience in a manufacturing setting
