Job Title : Welder
Location: Winter Haven, FL 33880
Duration: 4 months of contract on w2
Description:
Job Duties:
• Work with welding tools and equipment to fabricate and weld machine parts and frames
• MIG welding materials such as mild steel, stress proof rod and sheet metal from 16 gauge to 5/16”.
• Read blueprints and drawings and take and read measurements to plan layout and procedures
• Inspect manufactured material and required parts to meet quality control standards
• Utilize skills in operating power and hand tools when necessary
• Lift, stand, walk, kneel, crouch, stoop, use hands and fingers, handle tools or controls, and talk and hear others on a routine basis
• Regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
• Hours are Monday through Friday 7:00-3:30 with occasional overtime
