Job Title : Manufacturing Operator / Technician
Location : Indianapolis, IN, 46221
Shift Details :
Night Shift : 5 : 45 PM 5 : 45 AM.
Schedule : 24 / 7 rotational structure (e.g., 3 work shifts, 2 off shifts, 2 work shifts, 3 off shifts).
Must be gowned up and ready for the shift meeting at the start of the shift.
Qualifications : Required :
Minimum of 5 years of manufacturing experience.
Experience in a GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) environment.
Strong multitasking abilities.
Technical skills and troubleshooting experience.
Ability to work overtime, weekends, and off shifts as needed.
Responsibilities : Safety and Compliance :
Adhere to all safety and quality policies and procedures.
Maintain a safe work environment and consistently work safely.
Wear and utilize required safety equipment, including safety glasses, shoes, protective gloves, and caps.
Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and GMP guidelines to ensure the quality and quantity of products.
Operational Duties :
Operate and maintain manufacturing equipment according to established procedures.
Perform setup, operation, and troubleshooting of equipment.
Document process steps and production details in batch documentation.
Support manufacturing processes within the assigned department / area.
Clean and maintain a clean operating environment, including stocking, sweeping, mopping, and trash removal.
Collaboration and Communication :
Communicate effectively with team members and contribute to a positive work environment.
Build and protect an inclusive and respectful workplace.
Additional Tasks :
Unpack, pack, load, and unload components and products on the production lines.
Maintain readiness to handle changing business needs and shift structures.
