Job Overview
As a Press Operator who has strong experience in Cut materials, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining machines that shape metal parts used in manufacturing processes.
Duties
Operate press brake machines to bend, form, and straighten metal sheets
Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
Use precision measuring instruments such as micrometers to ensure accuracy
Assemble parts using hand tools and power tools
Monitor the production process to maintain quality control standards
Perform routine maintenance on machines
Troubleshoot issues with equipment and make adjustments as needed
Experience
Experience with press brake machines and assembly line operations
Proficiency in using SolidWorks, CAD software, and logic controllers
Familiarity with welding techniques is a plus
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Knowledge of quality control procedures and practices
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $19.52 - $22.00 per hour
