4. Set up, operate, adjust, andclean all equipment required to produce Dyneema products in accordance to workinstructions and standard operating procedures. Operates equipment in a safeand efficient manner while maintaining quality product. Take samples anddetermines properties of the produced intermediate and finished products.Prepares samples for offline quality checks. Supply and maintain inventory ofcomponents, supplies as needed. Correct process conditions with given limits,to maintain desired quality. Performs minor preventative maintenance.

5. Abides by Avientprocedures/policies regarding security, inclusive of: employee securityagreements; use of non-disclosure agreements with outside parties; control ofAvient intellectual property limited to a "need to know" only basis;no unauthorized use of cell phones, cameras, computers, or Avient property;reporting security threats and incidents; proper control of Avient property andkeys.

6. Performs in-process qualitychecks as required. Demonstrates a commitment to quality by ensuring allproduct documentation is accurate and complete.

7. Responsible for compliance withrelevant laws, regulatory requirements, recipes, SOP's and other relateddocumentation and activities. Ensures company guidelines related to companypolicies relating to quality, safety, housekeeping, and cost effectiveness aremet.

8. Maintain records of the used rawmaterials and the produced products in the appropriate computer system. Entersdata about components, intermediate and finished products into the tracing andtracking system. Maintain accurate production related records.

9. Move raw, intermediate andfinished products. Utilize standard material handling equipment. Operate palletjack and overhead crane.

10. Utilize good judgment in makingcritical decisions on product quality, equipment functionality, safety, andother related activities.

11. Identifies problems related toequipment, work orders, log books, set-ups and other related activities andrecommends ways to solve. Makes suggestions regarding product quality, safetyprecautions, and work improvements. Inform lead of any problems that may impairthe quality of the Dyneema product, packaging components, work efficiencyand/or safety.

12. Participates in near missinvestigation, setting up RCA and JSA.

13. Participates in SHE, Quality orother special task teams.

14. Maintain all trainings in TS andTX.

15. Performs other duties asassigned.

This position may involve work with(supervision of) and/or handling hazardous materials and waste at the AvientMesa site. Worker has the appropriate qualifications to read, understand,apply, and communicate written and verbal information regarding handling andmanaging hazardous wastes. Worker may be responsible for proper handling,documentation, inspection and transporting around the facility of hazardouswastes. Worker may also be responsible for responding to emergencies involvinghazardous waste.

Employee must be able to makedecisions, based on data and facts, to keep process equipment running withinthe given recipes/specifications.

Employee has the knowledge andskills to operate all equipment at level 1.

Manual dexterity with manualoperations has significant influence on quality of the product and output ofthe processes.

Knowledge and education level:

High school diploma or equivalentand at least 1 year of experience in a manufacturing setting, preferably in atextile or composites production environment and/or equivalent militarytechnical experience or training.

High school diploma or equivalent and at least 1 year of experience in a manufacturing setting, preferably in a textile or composites production environment and/or equivalent military technical experience or training.
