What are the responsibilities and job description for the Medicaid Clerical Assistant position at Management Advisory Group of NY, Inc?
Educational consulting firm seeks a person with experience in Microsoft Excel. The position involves heavy data entry and requires attention to detail and accuracy. The ability to learn new industry specific software programs is necessary. On-the-job training will be provided.
The candidate will assist Specialists with clerical duties, as they prepare and submit claims for Medicaid reimbursable services received by students with disabilities.
This position requires strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task while effectively managing and prioritizing tasks. The position also requires the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
The candidate should be articulate, accurate and comfortable working as part of a team environment. Some communication with clients should be expected.
This is an in-person, hourly position with a starting range of $17/hour.
Hours are 8 am to 4 pm, 5 days a week.
Employment Benefits:
