Management and Training Corporation is seeking a skilled Facilities Maintenance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the maintenance and upkeep of our facilities in compliance with regulatory directives.
Key Responsibilities:
- We are offering a competitive salary range of $55,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on experience.
- About the Role:
- You will perform repairs and maintenance of structures, electrical systems, plumbing, and HVAC systems in compliance with ACA, MTC, and MDOC directives.
- Responsibilities include repairing or replacing faulty light fixtures, outlets, and fuses, performing minor construction and repair, and directing inmates assigned to facility maintenance.
- Requirements:
- A high school diploma or equivalent, technical training, and general knowledge of repair and maintenance plus three years related experience are required.
- A valid driver's license in the state of Mississippi or Louisiana with an acceptable driving record is required, unless waived by management.
