Key Responsibilities

- Conduct comprehensive assessments using approved tools and techniques to inform treatment strategies.
- Facilitate group therapy sessions, focusing on topics such as cognitive-behavioral skills and relapse prevention.
- Maintain accurate records of client progress, including treatment plans, assessments, and session notes.
Requirements
- Master's degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or related field from an accredited institution required.
- Current licensure as a therapist in the state of Texas or ability to obtain licensure upon hire.
- Experience working with individuals with sex offender histories preferred.
- Clinical supervision experience a plus.
