Property Maintenance Technician
Duties:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as inspecting, cleaning, and make ready
- apartment units including but not limited to:
Painting, minor Electrical, plumbing, keeping up grounds and laundry room and processing tenant work orders at multifamily complex.
Minimum 2 years maintenance experience required.
We are looking to fill a maintenance position at 4 small multi family apartment complexes in the Stonewall, Heidleberg, MS area. Full time or part time positions are available.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience as a Multi Family Maintenance Technician or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
- Proficient in using hand and power tools.

- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Customer service-oriented mindset.
