METI is seeking an Administrative Associate to assist us with various departments in our El Paso office. Duties:
- Provide general administrative support and various duties assigned from multiple staff areas.
- Manage incoming and outgoing phone calls.
- Perform data entry tasks such as maintaining accurate records and files.
- Handle clerical duties such as filing, faxing, and photocopying.
- Drafts and edits correspondence, reports, and other documents as needed.
Qualifications:
- At least 3 years of prior administrative experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Excellent computer skills using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational skills, high level of attention to detail, and ability to work well under deadlines.
- Comfortable interacting with customers and other employees
- Able to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
