What are the responsibilities and job description for the Construction Project Manager position at Management Recruiters Inc. – The Boston Group?
Maximize project efficiency and profitability.
• Lead, direct, and supervise the project team to successfully execute project completion- includes overall plan direction with a critical focus on financial and operational priorities and owner and labor relationships.
• Act as the primary liaison with owners, architects and engineers.
• Communicate with owners, architects and subcontractors related to project risk, timetables, costs/budgets, and change management.
• Work collaboratively with the job site Superintendent to meet owner expectations.
• Develop and implement overall project work schedules identifying the critical path to successful completion.
• Ensure strict adherence to ethics and compliance requirements.
• Provide leadership in motivating the project team and maintain a positive work environment.
• Perform constructability and coordination reviews.
• Perform pre-construction planning, scheduling and cost control.
• Prepare monthly reports including cost, schedule, safety, cash flow, etc. for internal and/or external use.
• Prepare contingency plans for potential risks, expanding contractual services and project profit.
• Other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS

• Proficient Microsoft office skills
• Proficient in Adobe Acrobat Reader and Bluebeam
• Proficient in Sage Project Management Soware
• Proficient in Procore Project Management Soware
• Thorough knowledge and understanding of the contract documents, drawings, specifications, construction means and methods, materials and survey methods and overall construction planning and cost control
• Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in Construction Management
• 10 years’ experience in lead construction role
Salary : $100,000 - $125,000
