One of the fastest growing medical device companies in the U.S. as well as internationally. The company now innovates, manufactures and commercializes technologies for continuous subcutaneous infusion for a variety of drug therapies. With an initial emphasis on the Diabetes business, the primary responsibility of this Product Manager position will be to continuously drive, maintain, and manage the live product catalogue according to highest quality, greatest cost-effectiveness, least time-to-market, and greatest in-market success and satisfaction.
Job Description
By working proactively and collaboratively with all stakeholders throughout every unit of the business, as well as with our international distribution partners, you will have a central role in ensuring continued operational excellence during continued rapid growth. You will be required to take part in annual and multi-year market forecasting and planning, assessment of new market opportunities, as well as timely and effective execution against all established projects and priorities pertaining to the introduction or in-market support of any live product line or line extension.
Qualifications
5 or more years of relevant product marketing experience. Demonstrated ability to manage concurrent, complex and cross-functional projects required.
Experience working in the medical device regulatory and quality systems environment, including ECO processing.
Experience with medical device labeling, preferably on a global scale
Ability to work in a complex and collaborative environment
Project Planning and Management
Detail-savvy but outcomes-oriented
Thorough and organized
Excellent communication and social skills
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing / Business, MS or MBA preferred
