About the Role :
The Data Analyst is a key part of the Actuarial Department, focused on leveraging data to support reporting, analysis, and regulatory compliance efforts. The successful candidate will work on building advanced reporting tools, analyzing key business indicators, and managing statistical data submissions to state regulators.
Key Responsibilities :
- Extract and analyze premium and claims data to deliver actionable insights
- Integrate reporting processes for newly acquired entities and improve group-level reporting tools
- Manage and ensure compliance with regulatory statistical reporting requirements
- Support cross-departmental data analysis needs
- Develop and maintain reports using Power BI Desktop and Web
- Contribute to operational and process improvement projects
- Perform other duties as assigned
