Lead with Excellence - Drive strategy in case management, utilization review, social services, discharge planning, and home health.

What We're Looking For :
3 years of leadership in case management
Strong understanding of JCAHO accreditation standards, Title 22 regulations, and federal health administration laws
Experience in utilization review, social services, discharge planning, and home health
Proven ability to prepare accurate and concise administrative reports
Outstanding communication skills to engage physicians, peers, administration, and external partners
Ability to cultivate a positive, team-oriented environment
Education & Licensure :
BSN / RN (Current CA Licensure)
