Our client was established over 75 years ago and is still growing. They are a family owned, family-oriented company with low turnover. They have asked us to help them find a Process Engineer for their mfg plant in West Virginia.
We are looking for someone with a BS – Engineering degree and at least 3 years of shop floor, hands on Process Engineering experience in a mfg plant. (Experience in metal extrusion continuous mfg plant would be a plus).

Starting base salary is $65 – 75k plus bonus. Relocation assistance is available. Client is not willing to sponsor a US work visa.

- Improve process capability and production volume
- Champion the continuous improvement process
- Develop studies to improve product quality
- Work with equipment designers to develop cost-effective production processes.
- Perform root cause analysis
- Assist Quality to maintain UL, ISO, QCS certifications
