Job Summary:
As a skilled CNC Machinist, you will play a critical role in our company's success by setting up and operating complex progressive machining, fitting, and assembly operations. With a strong focus on precision and quality, you will work from blueprints, sketches, and written/verbal instructions to produce high-precision components for the Aerospace and Aviation industries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Determine proper tooling and sequence of operations to achieve precise results.
- Operate a variety of machine tools, including Mills and Lathes, with precision and efficiency.
- Skillfully use machinist's hand tools and measuring instruments to ensure accurate measurements and tolerances.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols and regulations.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent, plus 5 years of experience as a CNC Machinist.
- Strong understanding of geometric dimensions and tolerances (GD&T).
- Ability to perform advanced shop computations using technical math, geometry, and trigonometry.
- Experience working in a team-oriented environment with a 'team' mentality.
