Key Responsibilities :
Oversee and manage all aspects of high-end homebuilding projects
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders
Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments as needed
Manage budgets, resources, and timelines effectively
Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks
Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the project
Qualifications :
Proven experience as a Superintendent in the homebuilding industry
Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and quality standards
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
Proficiency in project management software and tools
Relevant certifications or degrees in construction management or a related field
