Responsibilities
- Develop standardized production, quality, and customer-service standards
- Identify potential risks before they become a problem, focusing on root cause analysis and preventive action
- Perform internal and external quality audits and compile detailed reports of findings
- Build a strong team through coaching, mentoring, specific training and performance evaluations
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Quality, or Science related field
- Five (5 ) years of experience in a Quality Manager role in a plastic injection molding manufacturing operation
- ASQ “Certified Quality Manager,” “Certified Quality Auditor” preferred
- Knowledge of Federal, State, and Local environmental health and safety requirements
- Excellent computer skills using Excel, Access, Word, statistical software
Salary : $120,000 - $145,000
