- Conducting annual reviews, coaching, and counseling shop employees on employee relations issues and development opportunities.
- Setting production requirements based on customer needs and ensuring a smooth flow of materials throughout the shop.
- Directing and ensuring production reports are completed for each shift.
- Coordinating interview processes and training new shop employees.
- Partnering with the Safety Manager to lead safety meetings and ensure ongoing safety training for all shop employees.
- Managing asset utilization and resource capacity, including inventory management.
- Maintaining compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and laws.
- Leading department personnel to achieve company performance goals with a focus on safety, quality, and meeting standards.
- Meeting or exceeding financial and safety targets.
- Maintaining familiarity with safety and environmental concerns.
- Selecting, supervising, evaluating, and developing staff.
- Performing other duties as assigned.

- A minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience.
