Job Description
Responsibilities :
- Administers servers running OpenVMS, including administration and setup of the servers connected to the network at multiple locations.
- Provide technical support to clients and MSA engineers on OpenVMS
- Ability to install and set up system applications and system backup software
- Create technical support documentation
- Troubleshoots simple to complex system problems for internal or external customers
- Troubleshoots simple network problems
- Requires on-call rotation with two other administrators
- Some after hours and weekend support to meet customer system availability requirements
- Work is remote with occasional on-site requirement
