What are the responsibilities and job description for the Communications Specialist position at Management Sciences for Health?
Overall Responsibilities :
The Communications Specialist plays a pivotal role in developing internal communications strategies and plans; enhancing MSH's communication tools; and implementing a variety of communications, knowledge management, and change management initiatives for both home office and field-based staff.
1. Manage internal communications and engagement strategy - 15%
- Create and implement an annual internal communications and engagement strategy with goals (outcomes), activities, and measures of success.
- Analyze the effectiveness of existing channels and activities; implement improvements; retire outdated channels; and develop new ones as needed.
- Establish and maintain production schedule(s) for all internal content and events encompassed in the strategy.
2. Produce and quality control internal content - 50%
3. Manage internal events - 30%
4. Contribute to organizational Requirements - 5%

The expected salary range for this position is : $75,000.00 - $84,000.00 annually (U.S. locations only).
