What you will be doing: You’ll be responsible for clerical tasks, systems and procedures related to student records administration in accordance with government and management directives .
Essential functions:
- Audit student records documents to ensure they meet data integrity requirements.
- Prepare and review intake packets. Proofread records or forms including arrival and release files; copy needed information from one record to another as required.
- Coordinate student transportation arrangements, ensure accountability and return, as appropriate of all transportation documents, and conduct activities to retrieve transportation documents, audit logs, and reports.
- Perform input and output operations and make adjustments necessary to ensure schedules are met.
Education and Experience Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- One (1) year of clerical, administrative or related experience, including computer data entry experience is preferred.
- Must be able to lift up 20 lbs.
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record required.
