Job responsibilities: Our maintenance team is responsible for providing services involving repairs and maintenance of structures, electrical systems, plumbing, washers/ dryers, and HVAC systems.
Essential functions:
- Orders materials required to perform work; prepare the required paperwork to reflect cost, use of materials and other data for accounting purpose
- Provide guidance and work assignments for other maintenance staff in one of the following specialize crafts: HVAC, electrical, carpentry, plumbing and painting
- Perform maintenance and repair of structures, electric al systems, HVAC and drainage systems
- Supervise work based learning (WBL) students while completing assigned tasks
Education and Experience Requirements:
- HSD or equivalent
- 3 years related craft experience at the journey worker level.
- Must demonstrate maintenance skills.
- Must be able to live up to 50 pounds
- A valid driver license with an acceptable driving record unless waived by management.
