What you will be doing: You’ll be responsible for the management related to residential living including dormitory management, safety/security & transportation in compliance with government and management directives.
Essential Functions:
- Plan, coordinate, and manage the administrative and programmatic activities of the department.
- Review and audit all assigned areas regularly for contractual compliance and effectiveness of delivery of services to students. Prepare related reports.
- Establish, implement, and supervise control procedures to maximize safety & security, residential living, and recreation.
- Inspect dormitories weekly; maintain required quality standards, and coordinate with facility maintenance to resolve facility issues.
Education and Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree and three (3) years of related experience, two (2) years of supervisor experience preferred. Direct experience may be considered in lieu of formal education requirements.
- Experience with youth, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and computer proficiency required.
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
