JOB TITLE: Relocation Specialist I
LOCATION: Dallas, Texas metro area
GENERAL JOB SUMMARY:
Because we are in the people business, everything we do is driven by customer service. The Relocation Specialist is responsible for handling inquiries from potential and existing clients as well as making calls to potential clients to discuss our services and to provide support.
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Learn and understand all move management services to become an expert in our offerings and be able to effectively speak to them with potential clients.
- Provide an excellent client experience to both internal and external clients by answering their questions, providing support and assurance of help.
- Input data into a database accurately and with a clear description of the request so that the WellRive teams can properly contact the client and provide the proper solutions and experience.
- Work in the Live Chat platform answering questions from potential or existing clients.
- Perform proper discovery, engagement, empathy, and assurance of help on every chat, call and interaction with the goal of gaining new clients, referrals from existing clients and great CSAT and NPS scores.
- Understand the realtor referral service and be able to effectively discuss with clients the outcome of a successful referral to the client.
- Ability to work a 4-hour shift on Saturdays on a rotating basis when needed. This would be a work from home day and hours would be offset during the week.
Qualifications, Education and Experience:
· High School Diploma or equivalent.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software, and customer relations software.
· Ability to work with a team and independently.
· Dependable and strong work ethic.
· Can handle client information with confidentiality and professionalism.
