Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in identifying and selecting the correct automotive parts and accessories for their vehicles.
- Provide knowledgeable advice and recommendations to customers regarding parts, availability, and pricing.
- Accurately process orders, invoices, and returns in a timely manner.
- Maintain an organized and clean parts counter area.
- Stock shelves and manage inventory, ensuring parts are properly labeled and displayed.
- Handle incoming phone calls and emails, providing prompt and professional assistance.
- Collaborate with service technicians and other departments to fulfill parts requests efficiently.
- Stay up-to-date on new products, technologies, and automotive trends.
- Assist in the training of new team members as needed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
