What are the responsibilities and job description for the Staffing Coordinator position at Manahawkin Health and Rehabilitation Center?
Manahawkin Health and Rehabilitation is located in Manahawkin, NJ. We are looking to hire a scheduler to assist with staffing for our nursing employees. As a Scheduler, you will ensure that each shift has an appropriate number of nurses and caregivers. In addition, you will be responsible for implementing schedules and shifts that meet the regulatory requirements within the state of NJ.
This position is full time (M-F).
Requirements :
- High School Diploma
- Experience in Healthcare- LTC preferred
- Communication Skills
- Scheduling Experience
- Organizational Skills and attention to detail
