Monmouth County golf club recognized as a "Premier New Jersey Golf Club" seeks a qualified line cooks to work with our dynamic culinary team. The candidates should possess strong ala carte line skills and the ability to communicate well with both the front and back of house staff. Additional responsibilities include ensuring that all recipes, food preparations, and presentations meet restaurant's specifications and commitment to quality. Recent graduates from a culinary program welcome.
Line Cook Responsibilities
*Must use proper food handling techniques
*Maintain a safe, orderly, and sanitized kitchen at all times.
*Assisting with stocking and setting up kitchen stations.
*Preparing food including prep and cooking
Must have ala carte line cooking experience. Have the ability to work at a fast pace and maintain misen place and cleanliness. Servsafe certification not required but recommended. Most of all must be a team player.

Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
