Manassas Smiles is hiring a full-time Front Office Assistant/Insurance Coordinator to join our growing, modern dental practice in Manassas, VA. We’re seeking someone energetic, positive, and excellent at communicating to help support our team and patients. We'd love to meet you if you’re a team player with a great attitude and dental front desk experience!
Schedule: Full-time Monday–Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM

Key Responsibilities
Check out patients and collect accurate payments
Obtain insurance breakdowns
Prepare and present treatment plans
Follow up on claims and pre-authorizations
Communicate with patients regarding treatment and insurance
Requirements
At least 1 year of front desk or insurance coordinator experience
Experience with Dentrix preferred
Strong communication and organizational skills
Open to learning and growing with the team
Recent grads considered (not preferred)
