Manatawny Manor is looking for an Assistant Director, Dietary Services to assist with the day-to-day food service operations, manage and lead a team of associates, and provide excellent customer service to our Residents.
Ability to pass a Pre-Employment Criminal Background Check is required for employment.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities of the Assistant Director, Dietary Services Position (include but are not limited to) :
Collaborate with Director of Dietary Services in creating nutritious top quality food and enforce policies and procedures
Manage the day-to-day dietary service operations, by building a strong team
Ordering of food
Manage, train, and develope dietary associates
Create and maintain successful relationships with nursing supervisots
Ability to speak and formulate a relationship with residents and family members

Good Written & Verbal Communication Skills
Experience in ordering and scheduling, preferred
Maintain a Positive and Professional Demeanor Toward our Residents, Visitors, Families, and Co-Worker
Knowledge of Federal and State rules and regulations regarding nursing home dietary requirements a plus
Cooking expierence
Lead team members
works well under pressure
Experience in nursing home or hospital
Hands on leadership
