Manatawny Manor is looking for a Clinical Services Director (LPN), for our Personal Care & Memory Care Units.
The Clinical Services Director (LPN) is responsible for the intake and admissions of new Residents and overseeing the Medication Technicians & Patient Care Assistants.
Ability to pass a Pre-Employment Criminal Background Check is required for employment.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities of the Clinicval Services Director (LPN) (include but are not limited to) :
Plan, coordinate, and oversee the delivery of patient care services.
Ensure all medical records and other care-related documentation are up-to-date.
Oversee the department’s compliance with legal guidelines, policies, and quality standards.
Develop work schedules for all employees.
Aptitude for resolving administrative issues and conflicts.
QUALIFICATIONS OF THE CLINICAL SERVICES DIRECTOR (LPN) :
Must have an active PA Licensed Practical Nurse License.
Previous experience required.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
In-depth knowledge of policies and regulations in the clinical field.
