Manatawny Manor is looking for Patient Care Assistants (PCAs) to join our team! Our PCAs are essential in delivering quality care and meeting the personal needs and comfort for our Residents in our Assistant Living Community.
Ability to pass a Pre-Employment Criminal Background Check is required for employment.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities of the Personal Care Assistant (include but are not limited to) :
- Builds positive relationships with residents and their family’s members, while aiding with life enriching activities, life skills, and a variety of multi-sensory experiences
- Administers bedside and individual care needs, such as, personal hygiene assistance
- Provides companionship, personal care, and helps residents in adjusting to new lifestyles
- Responsible for their assigned unit and identified residents during their shift, knows where their residents are and physically checks on them throughout their shift
- Responds to dining needs of residents and family members
- Notify Med Tech and / or RN Supervisor of any changes in the resident’s condition

- Day Shift (7 : 00AM-3 : 30PM)
- Evening Shift (3 : 00PM – 11 : 30PM)
- Night Shift (11 : 00PM-7 : 30AM)
- Full-Time (8 Hour Shifts)
- Part-Time (20 Hours Per Week)
- Required to Work Every Other Weekend
- Per Diem (1 Weekend Per Month & 1 Winter Holiday 1 Summer Holiday)
