We are seeking a GIS System Analyst III to join our dedicated team at the Manatee County Emergency Communications Center (ECC)/9-1-1 in sunny Florida. This critical role ensures the quality and functionality of GIS systems supporting public safety and emergency services.
In this role, you will play a key role in maintaining and updating GIS databases, producing dispatch-grade mapping products, and addressing GIS needs within Public Safety. Your work will directly contribute to the precision and efficiency of our 9-1-1 services.

Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update GIS databases to the highest (NENA) standards.
- Produce accurate maps and ensure data quality for 9-1-1 dispatch systems.
- Handle addressing, road centerline, and jurisdiction boundary data.
- Utilize tools such as ArcGIS Pro, Python, GeoMedia, SQL Server Management Studio, and Datamark.
- Troubleshoot GIS issues and provide timely solutions.
