Job Summary
We are seeking a Quality Improvement Specialist RN to join our team at Manatee Physician Alliance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality improvement, population health, and nursing leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to drive best practices in population health.
- Collaborate with payers, providers, and support staff to optimize resource utilization for patient care.
- Lead quality improvement projects to improve HEDIS/STARS and MIPS performance.
- Analyze and evaluate provider group structure and characteristics to identify effective approaches and strategies.
Requirements:
- Graduation from an accredited nursing education program.
- Actively licensed by the state to practice as a Registered Nurse.
- Minimum of 5 years of associated Population Health/Quality experience within the healthcare industry.
