The Ambulatory Care Quality Manager is responsible for leading quality improvement initiatives to drive best practices in population health. This role involves collaborating with payers, providers, and support staff to optimize resource utilization for patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to drive best practices in population health.
- Collaborate with payers, providers, and support staff to optimize resource utilization for patient care.
- Lead quality improvement projects to improve HEDIS/STARS and MIPS performance.
- Analyze and evaluate provider group structure and characteristics to identify effective approaches and strategies.
Requirements:
- Graduation from an accredited nursing education program.
- Actively licensed by the state to practice as a Registered Nurse.
- Minimum of 5 years of associated Population Health/Quality experience within the healthcare industry.
