Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Transportation/Fleet Supervisor at Manatee School For The Arts in Palmetto, Florida. The Transportation/Fleet Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing fleet and day-to-day operations, managing fleet vehicles, communicating with team members, and ensuring maintenance schedules are followed.
Qualifications
- Supervisory Skills and Communication skills
- Experience in Fleet Operations and Fleet Management
- Knowledge of Maintenance processes,responding to quick repair work orders
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent, relevant certifications are a plus
- Knowledgeable of gasoline and diesel engines (ASE or Diesel Certification preferred, not required)
- CDL class B with P.S. Endorsement
- Supervising drivers, ensuring operational efficiency and compliance.
