What You’ll Do:
- Seamless Processes: Follow current processes and focus on enhancing family experiences, reducing response times, and accelerating access to care. Identify and work with the team to optimize workflows for efficiency and consistency
- Excellent Customer Service: Handle escalated concerns with grace and uphold a high standard of care coordination and customer service. Refine support processes and maintain SOPs, templates, and resources to elevate family interactions
- Build Meaningful Relationships: Lead compassionate, proactive consultations to assess family needs, ensuring trust and engagement from the start
- Orchestrate Coordination: Oversee scheduling, matching families with providers, and managing customer support, ensuring a seamless and positive onboarding experience
- Champion the Family Experience: Be the advocate for families, ensuring they feel seen, heard, and supported throughout their journey with Manatee
- 3 years of experience in customer support, care coordination, or admin roles
- 2 years of experience working in healthcare - bonus if you have experience in Mental Health Services.
- Skilled in scheduling, billing, and using CRM/EHR systems
- Empathetic communicator with top-tier organizational skills
- Natural problem solver who thrives in fast-paced, dynamic environments
