Your Role:
As a Pennsylvania-licensed therapist (LPC, LMFT, LCSW, LMHC), you'll provide evidence-based therapy to kids and families, collaborate on clinical programs, and help us shape the future of pediatric mental health.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver therapy to children and families
- Conduct intakes and track progress
- Share clinical insights to improve programs and digital content
- Maintain up-to-date documentation and pertinent data in EHR
- Use the Manatee platform to develop and monitor treatment plans and client progress.
- Collaborate with clinical team to continuously improve our programs and services.
What You Bring:
- Licensed in PA (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LMHC, etc.).
- 2 years of experience with child/family therapy
- You are highly organized and self-starter
- Flexibility, creativity, and a passion for reimagining mental health care.

Schedule:
- Availability after 3pm (ET) is required
