Manatt’s Marketing, Business Development, and Communications Team is rapidly expanding to meet growing needs. We are seeking an experienced Senior Marketing Technology Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in managing and maintaining our databases, developing CRM strategy, validation procedures, and ensuring data accuracy and reportability. The position reports to the Senior Marketing Technology Manager.

Key Responsibilities
- Architect and Oversee Firm Databases: Lead the design, configuration, and maintenance of the firm’s databases. Ensure data accuracy and implement robust data security protocols. Responsibilities also include overseeing data entry, data cleaning, and data validation processes.
- Advanced Data Collection and Analysis: Spearhead data collection from various sources, perform data analysis, and generate comprehensive reports. This includes gathering data from surveys, customer feedback, and other collection methods. Extract and present relevant data insights in a concise and impactful manner.
- Data Validation and Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough reviews and validations of data sets to ensure accuracy and completeness. Develop and implement advanced data quality control processes to identify and resolve discrepancies or errors. Collaborate with team members to maintain data consistency and quality across different systems.
- Develop and Enforce Data Management Policies and Procedures: Lead the development and implementation of data management policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. This includes formulating data governance strategies, data privacy protocols, and data retention policies.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, IT professionals, and other stakeholders to understand and address data needs and requirements. Drives integration of various internal platforms into CRM. Provide expert guidance on data best practices and ensure data is effectively utilized to support business objectives and drive operational efficiency.
- Expert Analytical Skills: Demonstrated ability to analyze and interpret complex data sets to identify trends and patterns. Proficient in using advanced statistical software and tools for data analysis.
- Meticulous Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and precision in data entry and validation. Exceptional organizational skills to manage large volumes of data.
- Proficiency in Database Management: Extensive experience in managing databases and working with Salesforce. Skilled in data extraction, manipulation, and querying.
- Strong Problem-Solving Abilities: Proven ability to identify and resolve data-related issues or discrepancies. Proactively seek and implement solutions to enhance data management processes.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to convey complex data insights to stakeholders clearly and concisely. Effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in data management, information systems, computer science, or a related field required.
- Salesforce Administrator certification required.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in data management, database administration, or a similar role.
- Experience with implementing and monitoring data cleansing and enrichment tools.
- Familiarity with data privacy regulations and best practices.
- Strong mathematical and statistical skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and similar software.
- Able to work in-office three days per week (Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday) and more as needed; Ability to be flexible, with occasional long nights, early mornings and weekends as needed
