What are the responsibilities and job description for the Quality Control Technician - PCC position at Manatt's Inc?
Tests and inspects products at various stages of production process and compiles and evaluates statistical data to determine and maintain quality and reliability of products by performing the following duties:
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Interprets formulas and confers with management to determine quality
- Selects products for tests at specified stages in production process, and tests products for variety of qualities such as dimensions and performance
- Records test data, applying statistical quality control
- Evaluates data and writes reports to validate or indicate deviations from existing
- Sets up and performs destructive and nondestructive tests on materials, to measure performance, life, or material
- Must be capable of working in a team setting inspired by Manatt’s core values.

Education and/or Experience
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience with DOT concrete paving or structural projects required.
Language Skills
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
Reasoning Ability
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
Computer Skills
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Excel Database software, Excel Spreadsheet software and Word Processing software.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations
Valid driver's license
DOT Certifications in the following –AGG Tech, PCC I, PCC II, PCC III
