Manatt’s Plant Managers are accountable for the safety of everyone at their facility, striving every day to enable all Manatt’s employees to achieve their goals and responsibilities, while ensuring they feel valued. A Manatt’s Plant Manager is accountable for the people stationed at the plant—building and serving their team; the customer experience of everyone served by the plant—meeting the quality and service expectations of our customers to the smallest details and ensuring Manatt’s Ready Mix is the first choice for our customers and potential customers; and the performance and operation of the plant, including its condition and cleanliness. A Manatt’s Plant Manager is always accountable for everything and everyone at his/her plant.
Qualifications:
- Previous Ready Mix Plant experience preferred.
- Class A or B Commercial Driver’s License is preferred.
- Strong customer relation skills.
- Current DOT Physical
- Acceptable driving record
