What are the responsibilities and job description for the Ready Mix Salesperson position at Manatt's Inc?
Responsibilities include developing growth opportunities and pricing strategies for ready mix plants in and around the Des Moines - Metro Area. This individual may also occasionally be required to drive a ready mix truck when needed.
Successful applicants will have:
- Self-starter attitude with a track record of new business development.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, negotiation and reasoning skills and ability to interact with customers.
- Superior organization skills and ability to handle multiple priorities and projects.
- Eagerness to achieve and maintain a level of excellence in customer service.
- Strong aptitude for logistics, planning and scheduling.
- Ability to work productively with minimal supervision.
- Experience in concrete, cement or construction industry, preferred.
- A valid driver’s license.
