We are looking to grow our team by adding Hospitality Aides that are interested in pursuing the CNA program. MCLC offers flexible schedules that would be perfect for after school or flexible with other jobs. MCLC works with several CNA training providers that are local to Waupaca County. This gives flexibility in choosing the CNA program that fits your schedule!
Job Description
- Assist residents to and from dining rooms, activities, and throughout the facility
- Pass meals to residents in dining room and in resident suites
- Pass linens
- Collect garbage and dirty linens
- Pass snacks and refreshments to residents
- Wash wheelchairs, scales, walkers, and other durable medical equipment
- Spend one-on-one time with residents, socializing, crafting, or playing games.
Schedule
The Hospitality Aide schedule is flexible with morning- afternoon - evening hours. Flexible start time based on shift choice. This is a part time position offering between 8 - 16 weekly hours while attending CNA training.
Pay
This position offers a starting pay of $13 hourly. Once the CNA program is complete and employees have obtained their certification the opportunity for a wage increase would be available. Additionally, after 6 months of continued employment as a CNA employees will be eligible for a $500 retention bonus!
